Absentee Ballots for the 2019 Mount Vernon Public Library Budget are available at the periodicals desk Monday– Thursday from 10:00 a.m.– 7:30 pm. , Friday 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. and Saturday 10:00 am – 5:00 pm. Ballots are to be returned to the Periodicals Desk until Saturday, May 4, 2019 by 7:30 pm.  On May 6, 2019, ballots are to be returned to the library’s Grace Greene Baker Community Room. Polls open at 7 am until 9 pm.
