Computer classes are given in the Computer Lab. These computers are running Windows 10 Professional Operating system and also have installed Microsoft Office 2019, which include Word 2019, Excel 2019, PowerPoint 2019, Publisher 2019, and Access 2019. We also offer other applications, like Mavis Beacon Typing Tutor, resume-writing software and other great open-source applications such as notepad++, wordpress. The Mount Vernon Public Library regularly offers free computer classes to meet the interests of Mount Vernon Public library patrons.
