Enjoy toys, games, music, story time, crafts, a water table, and more together! No registration required for families but Family Day Care Providers must pre-register. Sponsored by WJCS, Parent-Child Program in collaboration with the City of Mount Vernon,
Mount Vernon Parks & Recreation Dept. and the Mount Vernon Public Library. This program is held at Hartley Park, Gramatan & East Lincoln Ave, Mount Vernon.
