For ages 3 to 5
MVPL continues our popular Yoga Tots with a live Zoom program to help children learn relaxation and mindfulness skills. This class combines yoga poses, breath work, and music to build focus, strength and confidence. The class ends with “Savasana” (final relaxation). Taught by Certified Kids Yoga Instructors from Budding Buddhas Kids Yoga.
Come 5-10 minutes early to learn how set up your yoga mat or towel padding and settle in to begin class. No knowledge of yoga is necessary.
