This fun-filled class combines yoga poses, breath work, music, and games to build focus, strength and confidence. Children learn relaxation skills through various breathing exercises. The class ends with “Savasana” (final relaxation). Taught by Certified Kids Yoga Instructors from Budding Buddhas Kids Yoga.
No knowledge of yoga is necessary.
