Join us as Nicole Lanier Montez will be discussing her journey through life, read poems from her poetry book, “Standing in the Shadows of Freedom”, engaging the audience with a question-and-answer session, and a book signing.
ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Nicole Lanier Montez was born in Mt. Vernon, New York. Montez’s poetic career spans over two decades, during which Montez has written several poetry books and has recorded a spoken word CD. Her book is included at Poet House, in New York City.
