PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Special Meeting of the Mount Vernon Public Library Board of Trustees’ will be held on Tuesday, June 1, 2021, beginning at 6:30 PM. The meeting will take place virtually, with ALL trustees participating via Zoom.
The special meeting has been called to vote on all outstanding resolutions.
Under Governor Cuomo’s Executive Order #202.1 “CONTINUING TEMPORARY SUSPENSION AND MODIFICATION OF LAWS RELATING TO THE DISASTER EMERGENCY” we will be hosting the meeting without permitting in-person public access to these meetings.

ARTICLE VI
Special Meetings. Special meetings of the Board shall be held at the call of the President, on his or her own initiative or upon the written request of two (2) or more members of the Board. Such meeting shall be held as soon as practicable after notice is given to all Board Members in accordance with Section 4 of this Article.
