PAINTING WITH A PRO ARTIST JIM WILLIAMS (BUJO)
Jim Williams (BuJo) is an artist who uses life experiences to create his style of painting. His work can be seen in hospitals, schools, galleries, restaurants and many homes.On Saturdays, Jim teaches acrylic painting to children and adult at the Association of Community Based Artists of Westchester (AC-BAW) in Mount Vernon, New York. His art represents his vision of the places his mind has explored.
This class will focus on acrylic painting. Bujo provides hands on instruction and suggestions on ways to look at art and self-expression with acrylic paint. His workshops are participatory.
Please sign up at the adult reference desk. Sign up is limited to the first 15 people. This workshop is free and open to the public. Held in the Mount Vernon Public Library – Grace Greene Baker Community Room, from 11:00am to 1:00pm.
