Dr. Christolyn Williams is a Professor of African American and Caribbean History at Westchester Community College. Her talk will focus on the Association for the Study of African American Life and History (ASALH) theme for 2020, African Americans the Vote. A discussion will follow of how practices and laws impact the African American vote.
