Chess 4 Kids
September 24, 2026 @ 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm – First grade – sixth grade For several years, our chess instructor, John Gallagher, has taught our children the basics of chess, beginning strategies, and advanced strategies for more experienced players at our library. Open to players of all levels.

September 25, 2026 @ 10:30 am – 12:00 pm – An unstructured program where children play with an assortment of toys as they learn to socialize. Adults interact with their kids and also network with other parents and caregivers. For all ages.

Seasonal Craft-Hispanic Heritage
October 1, 2026 @ 4:00 pm – 4:45 pm – Children and caregivers enjoy making a fun and seasonal craft to take home. This is a great way to build social skills and to develop imagination and creativity. For ages 7 and up. Please check the Children’s Room monthly calendar for schedule changes.
